Your Daydream purchase

Daydream Planner is provided by Kris Creatives. Premium costs US$10 as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. Check the amount and currency shown before approving a payment in PayPal. Any currency conversion or fees applied by your payment provider are shown or governed by that provider.

When checkout is labelled Sandbox or test checkout, it is a test only and does not purchase live Premium access.

What is included

The free plan includes daily, weekly and monthly planning, sign-in and cloud saving, classic themes, five original fonts, solid colors, printing, PDF downloads and backups. You can customize a date and apply an available design to other dates on either plan.

Premium adds the current collection of 100 curated designs, 100 additional fonts and the ability to upload and apply your own image backgrounds. Design previews are available before purchasing. The purchase is linked to the Google account signed in to Daydream at checkout; use that same account on your other devices.

Premium is access to these features within Daydream, not a sale of the app's source code or standalone design and font files. You keep ownership of content you upload. Upload only images and content you have permission to use, and do not redistribute the design or font collection as standalone products.

Activation and payment problems

Premium activates after Daydream verifies a completed payment with PayPal. Returning from PayPal alone does not establish that payment succeeded. If activation is delayed, use Check payment or contact support with your transaction ID. Avoid paying again before checking an existing payment.

Payment processing is provided by PayPal under its own terms. Never send us passwords, full card numbers or sign-in codes.

Service scope and storage

The one-time purchase covers the Premium features described here while Daydream remains available. It does not promise perpetual hosting, unlimited storage or every future paid feature. New products or separately priced features are not automatically included.

Cloud saving is currently included on both plans and depends on an internet connection and successful synchronization. Upload and save limits apply; the app will display an error if a file or planner exceeds a supported limit. Keep downloadable backups of important plans. Optional push reminders can arrive with the planner closed on supported devices after you grant permission. Only synced schedules with reminders enabled are checked. Delivery timing depends on your browser, device and connection and is not guaranteed.

Maintenance and provider outages can interrupt access. If we plan to discontinue the service or materially change a purchased feature, we will give advance notice where reasonably possible and explain available export and support options. These terms do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refund requests

Please try the free planner and view designs before purchasing. Our Refund Policy covers duplicate charges, unsuccessful Premium activation and technical problems we cannot resolve. We generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind or no longer needing the planner, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Submit a request through Support & refunds with your transaction ID and a description; supporting screenshots are optional. Requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a request or changing its review status does not issue a refund.

A full refund of the purchase removes Premium access; your saved notes remain available. Refunding a duplicate charge does not remove access supported by an original valid payment.

Responsible use and privacy

Protect your Google account and use Daydream lawfully. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another person's data or abuse the service. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse or security issues, subject to applicable law.
